When I was 17 and 18 years old, my Mom had to take me several times to the hospital ER due to adominal/stomach pain. It turned out I had stomach ulcers. Anytime I get overly stressed, I have stomach pain and I know I am prone to ulcers over it. My stomach pains have no relationship to CKD.
Traci - You made a good choice above. If you do what the doctors say, it will help you avoid later complications and more advanced CKD. This is a really good site for info on CKD.
I have major stomach pains. In my case, it seems like I was just another case cause there were no alarms set off by anything. My numbers or the fact that I frequented the doctors offices, the unexplained body pains or the swelling everywhere
I have 3a. So far, I’ve gotten very little direction from doctors on management. Their main focus is wanting to avoid high blood pressure, high salt in your diet, diabetes, and being over weight. I have Stage 3B CKD (Chronic Kidney Disease). Stage 3 is divided into Stages 3A and 3B. Do you happen to know which one you have?
