My doctor gives me every month a B12 shot and depending on my blood test an infusion.
This helps tremendously for fatigue for a while.
My husband used to say I was an ever ready bunny in the commercials.
I’m so sorry for your symptoms!
God bless!

That exhaustion is so real, and many people with kidney disease feel exactly the same way. When kidneys aren't filtering waste as well, that buildup can leave you feeling drained and foggy. You're definitely not alone in this.

There are several things that may help manage low energy:

- Iron supplements – can support healthy red blood cell production

- Sodium bicarbonate – if an electrolyte imbalance is contributing to fatigue
- Addressing sleep issues – poor sleep can make fatigue much worse
