I suspect you maybe a Stage 3B CKD because the two numbers you posted are close to mine and I am Stage 3B. But with a eGFR of 29, you maybe a Stage 4 already. You need to speak to your Nephrologist about this. If you were going to my Nephrologist, he would say what's next for you is Stage 4 which includes routeine dialysis. You really need to do what you can to avoid getting worse. After Stage 4 is Stage 5. Stage 5 requires a kidney transplant and there is a long list for people needing a kidney transplant and you have to meet other criteria. If you don't have a Nephrologist now, you will need one.
